Toronto Hogs starter Kevin Gausman pitched a strong game against the Bronx Bombers at Magnum Stadium, leading the Hogs to victory, 2-0. Toronto reliever Abner Uribe got the win, raising his record to 3-2. Shelby Miller was tagged with the loss. With the win, Toronto has a record of 36-25. Bronx falls to 33-28.

Toronto used a timely hit from Rafael Devers to get the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Hogs ahead, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," Devers said.
