Bleday Lifts Wildcats to 5-4 Triumph
Thanks in large part to left fielder JJ Bleday, the Baltimore Wildcats beat the Phoenix Firebirds, 5-4. Bleday went 2-2 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Baltimore is now 28-35, Phoenix 30-33.

With Baltimore trailing 3-2 in the bottom of the third, Bleday hit a changeup from Ryan Pepiot for a 3-run home run. It was his 8th home run of the season and put the Wildcats ahead, 5-3.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Bleday.
