The San Diego Snakeyes could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Tatsuya Imai into a win. Instead, the Tampa Bay Bandits prevailed, 2-1, in 11 innings. Imai threw 8.0 innings of 3-hit ball. With the win, the Bandits sit at 25-16.

Tampa Bay got a knockout punch from Aaron Judge. The right fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the 11th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"I thought we competed really well," said Bandits manager George Hoffman. "I thought the energy was really good."
