Boston picked up a win at Tony Gwynn Memorial Field, bumping off the Tampa Bay Bandits, 3-2. Pitcher Drew Rasmussen was a major reason the Minutemen emerged victorious. After today's action, Boston sits at 19-26, while Tampa Bay falls to 28-17.

Boston took a 3-2 lead on Anthony Santander's 7th home run of the season. The solo home run, which Santander hit in the top of the seventh, left Tampa Bay pitcher Shane McClanahan visibly frustrated.

"Drew pitched like a son-of-a-gun," said Boston manager Tony Byrne.
