The Bronx Bombers defeated the Texas Vipers, 6-3, at Magnum Stadium. Bronx second baseman Andres Gimenez had a superb performance. He was 3-3 with a double, 2 singles, and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. With the win, Bronx raised its record to 25-21.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Gimenez hit a run-scoring single off Kris Bubic. It propelled the Bombers into the lead, 3-2.

Gimenez attributed the win to "everyone pulling their weight."
