Bad News for Rooker and Texas Thursday, May 14th , 2026 Brent Rooker, right fielder for the Texas Vipers, was making great progress in healing a torn quad according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Brent was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least 2-3 months before he will be able to rejoin the club." Brent Rooker is expected to undergo surgery in Arlington(Texas) tomorrow. Rooker is currently batting .212 with 2 home runs and 11 RBIs. |
