Caglianone Jacks 3 into the Stands Sunday, May 24th , 2026 It was a terrific day for Jac Caglianone, who ripped three home runs at Storm Ballpark, and a disappointing one for the Hawaii Typhoon who, nevertheless, dropped the game, 13-11, to the Salinas Storm. "He was instant offense," Hawaii skipper said. "Jac really put on a show. He more than did his part. We just didn't come through with hits at the right time to win the game." For the day, Caglianone collected 4 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 4 runs and had 5 RBIs. In the postgame press conference he told the reporters he has always liked to hit at Storm Ballpark. "I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he said. Jac Caglianone hit a two-run home run off Alberto Pacheco in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jose Rodriguez in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Harry Gustin in the 8th. Caglianone is currently hitting at a .322 pace with 9 home runs, 25 RBIs and has scored 25 times. |
