The Canton third baseman had a fantastic 5-for-7 day against the Champagne Black Bears, leading his club to victory, 28-9. "I was seeing the ball very well and it was going just about anywhere I wanted," Lorusso said later." Nick Lorusso singled in the 2nd, hit a two-run single in the 3rd, flied out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
