Hightower Batters Wilmington Big Time Tuesday, May 26th , 2026 Brunswick shortstop Cobb Hightower had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the Wilmington Blue Rocks at Ballpark of Wilmington as the Pilots picked up a win, 16-5. "He was patient up there," Brunswick skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Hightower has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Cobb Hightower hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Griffin Kilander in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.
