Injury Sidelines Rafael Marcano For Year Friday, May 22nd , 2026 The doctors have spoken and Rafael Marcano of the Mountain View Pacifics didn't like what he heard. The 26-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Marcano sustained his season-ending injury during the Provo Peaks game yesterday at Ballpark of Mountain View. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Mountain View medical staff reported Marcano had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 12 months. |
