Auburn-Pensacola Brawl, Carpio and De La Rosa Suspended Thursday, August 27th , 2026 Luis Carpio of the Auburn Arrows and Dioris De La Rosa of the Pensacola Privateers will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 5 and 3 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Arrows-Privateers game at Arrows Ballpark. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Carpio and De La Rosa will begin serving them soon. This season, Carpio has banged out 107 hits in 367 at-bats for a .292 average with 3 home runs. He is getting on base at a .391 pace and his totals also include 57 RBIs and 68 runs scored. |
