Postseason Bid Ends for Missoula Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 It wasn't meant to be for the Missoula Toros this year. Despite a tough battle, they were eliminated from playoff contention today. "It is a bad feeling," said Toros starting pitcher Connor Van Scoyoc. "Once you get into the playoffs, anything can happen. But you've gotta get in there first, and we weren't able to do that." Before this season, the Toros last missed the playoffs in 2024. In the 14 years they have been a Pioneer League franchise, they have made the playoffs 8 times. Missoula last won the Round 2 in 2014. |
